Where was this beauty shot, if I may ask?
A series of moments, strung together by the beads of pictures and words. Kind of reminds me of the marriage garland in certain ceremonies.
Oh my! Lovely shot and story. Tell me, did you enjoy it writing it? :-)
Where is this shot?
collage, collage, collage.
and yet, the closest to the 'full narrative' within the word limit, among the ones i have read.
congratulations!:)
Quite agree with WD there - I guess the difference is in the approach. The almost stacatto rhythm of this prose piece, with the slide-shot effect helped encapsulate so much in so little!
This was fun wasn't it? :-)
this was lovelylovelylovely. maybe i should try my hand at this 55-word story thingie. sounds fun.
How intriguing! And another beautiful shot, A.
Amazed at how you said so much by saying so little. Reminds me of "the Red Wheel Barrow" by Williams. Glad I stumbled on this site. Where did you get the idea for a 55 word story? Are there others out there writing in the same form?
beautifully composed... both pic and the story :) ... does plucks the strings of memory lanes :D
wonderful pic and excellent words.
btw, i'm finally back. can I bookmark you?
my blog has changed to: shubhodeep.blogspot.com

oh man..u r very good in depicting the little nuances of life so beautifully and with brimming intrigue, never constrained by the limit of 55 words..
wonderful picture :)
That was fantastic :) I've been tagged to do this too..I thought it was quite a task, actually, but you pulled it off nicely! Interesting blog you've got here, I need to remember to come back...
clicks and flashes....life just passes in these.
lovely words.
I find such sad romance in what you say. Melancholy even in the good stuff. Maybe it is just me.
beautiful, it's the typical nascent relationship.....
amazing play of words..u r a master of the alphabet.
did someone tag u too?
Deja vu...once again !!
Succinct and realistic.
Beautiful shot. Go on, tell us where you took it.

there is a timeless ancient quality about the pic....a timelessness, neverendingness to the words. marvellous :)
