A view from the clouds

. Again
. . New clouds
. . . Greet me when
. . . . Returning home to
. . . . . You

. Could
. . Love be the answer
. . . Of your
. . . . Understanding
. . . . . Despite the anger
. . . . . . Shown

You know August, the last verse is so simple, but it says so much. I think I tend to favor this type of verse the most.

I once took a course on communication between partners, and it taught me so much. I realize that when I am angry at him, I may be reacting to my own sadness, or insecurities. It is so tough to take responsibility for your own baggage, but it helps clear the clouds and air of confusion.

Well said.

that sky, that photo is mesmerising!!! its the kind of sunset i imagine a deseret will have...ooh such crimsons and such pinks!
about your verse: i think its beautiful...i keep using this word, but well it honestly is.
I agree with mermaid about anger being about more than the triggering issue but, well, love/kisses conquers all...corny but true. :)

do you write around a picture? I always meant to ask you, but never got around to it. Though it does seem to be the logical answer... Like I write to music, but I don't think people can tell. Which is good. :p

Anger is a good thing. Very cleansing. I reccomend it to everyone.

i like the namelessness of your pictures, especially this one, they could be anywhere. that piece of sky could be over arizona or seychelles or backwaters of kerela or Pehelgam....and i like that. one owns the world and not little pieces of it.

great use of space in your poetry. not only this one, but in some previous posts as well.
and a longing that runs through all of them.

Simplicity is an art; so is subtlety. And you seem to have mastered both!

Like the way you've structured the words. Great depth in the way you suspect Love being the reason for anger :)

A classy post!

Love the way U weave words around the pic.. The careful placement of each word.. & the spaces bewteen each word.. A wonderful balancing act..which u pull off quite well each time :)

P.S. : Posted some new pics @ my place.. but mine are bereft of any words !! Just bare silent pics..

Love the way you've strcutured your words to give the verse this very staccato rhythm - those dots reminded me of the Brail...

Btw just wondering - noticed how most your photos have this very saturated colour - is that natually so or do you play with the images b4 you post them? This one looks fiery against your Black background! Awesome as usual!
