Motion

A perception
Of motion
Created

A perception
Of stillness
Recreated

The sound
Of motion
Muffled

The sound
Of stillness
Deafening

i like the beat of your poem, its almost like a heartbeat....of somene going further and further away from all that surrounds him.

I was going to say the same thing. The rhythm is truly moving. Excellent!

Only a wise soul, only a wise soul A, could come up with this. I'm reading a book titled, "In Praise of Slowness", thanks to Ili's blog. It's interesting how Western religion views time as linear, where time is sand through an hourglass that will run out with death. In Eastern religion, time is reborn, constantly renewing it's self.

Loved this.

Very rhythmic, very poetic. Loved the way you've played with oxymorons. And ofcourse as always your interpretation of the image!
