Mixing drinks

The drink mingled
With my thoughts
And my thoughts
Gave way
To my secrets

The clear drink
A perfect place
A hiding place
To create
New memories

I've been told, though the authority is questionable, that what we drink reveals our state of mind.

What that says about me, I'm not entirely certain.

After having just received my very first middle-of-the-night, drunken phone call at 4AM New Year's Day...I almost wish the guy in my life hadn't revealed himself to me because I haven't talked to him since. As best as I can figure, he's embarassed to have told me how deeply he cares for me. And to think...if he hadn't been drinking, I might never have known. Now the only thing is to figure out how to get him to take his head form the hole he's tucked it into. So...all that to say, yes...I agree. The clear liquid does, apparently, help secrets loosen up and (if one goes on talking long enough) finally fall free.

I like this poem. And nice picture, too.

Good Question, got any ideas? I am partial to blowjobs and lemondrops. But those aren't the type of drinks you want one right after the other of.

nice poem and lovely snap
it has always been my conviction that drinking is for communication, not to get drunk:)
